The Stage is the seventh studio album by American heavy metal band Avenged Sevenfold, released on October 28, 2016, by Capitol Records. It is the first Avenged Sevenfold album to feature drummer Brooks Wackerman, who joined the band in late 2014 but was not revealed as previous drummer Arin Ilejay's official replacement until Ilejay's departure in 2015, because the band wanted to find a drummer that would fit in. The Stage is also the band's first album to be released through Capitol Records. Listen to music from Superettes like We Got a Stage, Stage & more. Compre vinil, CDs e muito mais deJed Town no Mercado hurled into the ether at the end of October, The Stage has already been widely hailed as one of Avenged Sevenfolds most convincing statements to date. As the one metal band of their generation with genuine stadium-filling potential on both sides of the Atlantic, the Californians could have been forgiven for repeating the thunderous, simplistic anthems of 2013s Hail to the King, but instead they have blown the creative doors off, cramming an insane amount of ideas into 74 minutes of prog-metal bombast. Avenged Sevenfold - The Stage review: Avenged Sevenfolds most progressive release sees the band having fun once again while returning to their hyper melodic, instrumentally driven roots. Sometimes their experimentation works Strength of the World, other times not so much Dear God, but their desire to push boundaries in the mainstream realm evokes admiration if nothing else. At least this was the case until the streamlined and dour Hail to the King, which stripped away creativity in favor of nestling into a comfort zone. Thankfully, The Stage sounds like a proper return to form for Avenged Sevenfold. on stage by The Spacelords, released 22 February 2019 1. LP side A: Spaceflowers & Metamorphosis 2. LP side B: Nag Kanya 3. LP side C: Plasma Thruster & Frau Kuhnkes Kosmos 4. LP side D: Black Hole This album was recorded at a private event called Spaceparty. It took place in a garden that actually was more like a park. A really spaced-out place: Extraordinairy plants, art and lights everywhere. The design of the stage was trippy AF. What a fantastic place to perform
